I am happy you're here and I look forward to connecting with you.
Do you feel that you need a source of connection, compassion, and curiosity to understand yourself and learn coping skills for life's inherent challenges? I feel honored to sit with clients working to understand their past experiences and current areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. I support clients in understanding their current emotional challenges and connecting the puzzle pieces within themselves that can guide them towards their future goals. A client shared with me that I helped them put the “matrix of [their] mind” together.
I specialize in working with adults, children, and families who have experienced complex trauma, family relational challenges, and family stressors. I also provide parent support intertwined with therapy, with the goal of aiding parents in understanding their own mental health, such that they can bolster the health and resilience of their children.
I feel a deep gratitude towards clients who are able to trust in the process with me, as we create a therapeutic relationship that can allow for vulnerability, honesty, and reflection. Therapy is hard work and I want to do that work alongside you. Reach out to me so that we can begin this journey together.
